Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 26 June 2026. This policy covers subscriptions to the Hometownplumb Utility Log online workspace. All amounts are in USD.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@hometownplumb.shop. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month and then stops renewing. We do not bill you again after you cancel.

2. Refunds

Because this is a digital service with usage-based credits, used credits are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, were double-billed, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.

3. Free plan

The Draft plan is free and includes a limited credit allowance. No charge and no refund applies to it.

4. How to request

Email support@hometownplumb.shop with your account email, the charge date, and the amount. Card statements show AI UTILITY LOG. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

5. Consumer rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction and under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
