Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is specific to the Hometownplumb Utility Log workspace. Using the service means you agree to these limits.
What the workspace is for
Creating personal household maintenance records, lists of questions to ask a licensed professional, photo checklists, and printable logs to help you prepare before contacting a professional.
You must not use it to
- Generate operating or repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, or pressurized systems.
- Treat any output as a safety certification, inspection report, insurance claim, construction plan, or emergency service.
- Replace the judgement of a licensed professional, or skip confirming real conditions with one.
- Enter sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, passwords, or confidential credentials.
- Reference third-party brands, products, logos, people, or protected content, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
- Break the law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Always confirm with a professional
You must contact a licensed professional in your area to confirm the actual problem and the right way to handle it. The workspace prepares notes; it does not diagnose, repair, install, or certify anything.
